Shipping Rates

We offer FREE UPS 2nd Day Air on all watch orders within the US 48 states.

• All orders require 24 - 48 hours for processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error. A signature may be required upon delivery.
• Saturday Delivery (where available) is available for an additional $10.00 charge to Next Day Air shipping rates. Please visit www.ups.com or call UPS Toll Free 800-742-5877 to check availability. Contact us to arrange for this service.
• Our carriers DO NOT process orders on the weekends. Therefore, if you place an order after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, You may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
• We do not offer International Shipping at this time. Most approved orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. All times are eastern. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days.
• For Watch Orders: All Wrist Watches are shipped FREE via 2nd Day Air within continental USA. Orders shipped to military bases (AA, AE, AP, FP) or U.S. Territories (GU, VI, etc.) have an additional $9.95 plus $1.99 per additional item charge, and will be shipped via USPS. Please choose "Wrist Watch Order for AA, AE, AP, FP, GU, VI, HI, AK" in the shipping method above.
  
• Orders shipped via UPS Next Day and UPS 2 Day are delivered Monday through Friday only.
• Air service is available only to a street address in the lower 48 states. Orders to HI, AK, PR, GU, VI, military addresses and PO Boxes will ship via priority mail which does not have a guaranteed arrival time. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time. In the event a guaranteed package does not arrive at the guaranteed time we will be responsible for the shipping charges only.

International Orders

We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

Taxes
We charge 5% Sales Tax for Virginia VA customers only.

Privacy Policy
All information you provide to us will not be shared with any one. Any information you provide to us is used to process your order. We will not sell or rent your e-mail address or any other personal information to anyone. All transactions are encrypted by Secure Socket Layer, the industry standard.

Return Policy
We offer a 15 day money back guarantee. Just send any unused item back to us after receiving a RMA# within 15 days of ORDERING in the original packaging and we will gladly refund your money. You will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

You must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email sales@overstockstyle.com with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
